I'm thinking occasional enemies, normally acquaintances? Because i think we also went over this on MSN.
If he's a good Gear, there's a high chance that they've already met through the Airforce and all that stuff. Oooh, maybe because he's so good, he's in charge of handling all of the General's personal mechanics and fixing up his ships and battle stuff and such? They're both neat, punctual and such and such, so they have some similarities meaning they won't kill each other.

Unfortunately, the fact that he hates citrus means that he must die.

Maybe they can always insult each other whenever they see them? You know, like friendly rivals that seem to always be at each other's necks so kinda like enemies as well right? Right.
