while most of the floors are home to mazes of books, the seventh floor has been turned into an in-progress museum of sorts, full of Gears hard at work and research, with a number of prototype zepplins and airbikes zipping around in miniature scale (or sometimes, not so miniature). it is a common haunt for those inclined toward inventing and scientific pursuits.
