just an idea.
wynne does a lot of mingling. she delivers messages for people- upper or downer, doesn't matter. ergo, she traverses freely between the upper city and the underneath!

Nee, i already posted on your open thread (and i hope that's alright!) so i better post here as well.
I think that Rysin would probably try and flirt his way into her pants first time around...not sure how she would react to that? He normally doesn't hang around the Palace but certainly has the credentials to do so, i'm assuming. He's absolutely horrible with making food though and the possibility of frequenting the bakery is plausible (:
Um, if something romantic does or does not happen, he could always bring his dates to the cafe !

If she does unintentionally flirt back, that would be interesting? He is a charmer, and a patient one at that, so multiple trips to the cafe trying to win her over are possible. Until she finally gets the message and says yes/no in which stuff can ensue.
She could also be his connection within the Palace area? He doesn't normally go around there so in case stuff needs to be done, he could turn to her? idk whatever you think sounds good?

Hurrr. Cy does have an inordinate fondness for high quality sweets.
I imagine he'd be known as a regular if nothing else?
they'd probably initially hit off well, omg I love this food, then Cy will be hated for nabbing something, and then ideally they'll make up so that Cy can keep going there to buy cake without feeling ashamed. xD;

ariiii~ you know nadya and lil' miss remy must be buddies. they are friendly and naive younglings of course, so they would get along so well- even if remy has a bit more bite to her ;] hahah
i think remy will go to her bakery often to visit and whatnot!
