dizzy is a friendly girl- you better believe it. she's enthusiastic, vibrant, a bit mental. generally she's a lot of fun to hang out with, albeit wholly unreliable. any sort of friendship would be lovely, she's pretty in to knowing people and having a blast, generally speaking.

Hmm, maybe Dizzy has a bad rep with the Airforce? I can't imagine her reputation or what she does being very good for their relationship. Rys might know her face from reading a report on her activity and maybe Dizzy knows to avoid him because he's a general? But as long as there are no pirates, then they should get over their hostilities quickly because Rys is kinda the guy to just blink and turn his head the other way if he doesn't care. And mercenaries don't really interest him, unless they're willing to have some fun.
Oooh, but she's not really his type...Maybe she'll try to seduce him? OAO

she has a technical bad rep but a lot of the higher ups who are a bit corrupt have hired her to do some of her more awful actions haha. and thus, they tend to keep her from being arrested, although they publically hold her in contempt. i think once they got past her shady shadiness they could have a lot of fun. she'd probably playfully try to seduce him just because she does that to everyone she's kind of .... a whore friendly that way!

Well, because Rys is pretty new to his post (but just as important tyvm) i can imagine that he might be influenced to try and ignore her actions.
Though when someone tells him to do something, he likes doing the complete opposite. Maybe he could be looking out to put her in the slammer just because some told him not to at first, but it eventually turns into a kinky cat and mouse sort of thing what.
