He’ll even steal things for his friends. Due to his kleptomaniac moocher tendencies and short attention span, he’s probably somewhat known if only among the Airforce, because of the trouble he no doubt causes. Cy probably gets along best with trouble makers, though it has been said that his personality growns on you like fungus. Or fungi, the pun-ny kind. YOU’D BE DROWNED WITHIN MY SEA; foes, Now, obviously there are going to be a few sad souls that don’t like Cyril. For his lies, grabby hands, or mooching tendencies. He’s kind of dense at times; it takes more than a few harsh words to convince him that no, his awesome is not so enamoring that it sparked a fit of passion. Normally punching does the trick. And of course, Cy, is pretty judgmental. He evaluates first impressions, and it can be a bit awkwardly obvious/offending when his evaluation is unfavorable. While competitive, he really really doesn’t like losing. And maybe he gloats just a bit.
Actually, he’s pretty easy to dislike if one is concerned about rules and proper behavior haha. I ONLY WANTED TO BE WONDERFUL; lovers, He’s rather nonchalant towards love, most of the time. Cy is a simple guy; he doesn’t really need fancy romance or promises or anything. Who needs love when there’s fun to be had?
But the most important thing to note is that anyone vying for his affections will have to compete with Laskaris, his cat and the only one he has eyes for… right now.

Rys is a FURIEND. LEIK, ALMOST BFFLS BUT NOT REALLY BECAUSE...I DUNNO WHY NOT. WHY AREN"T THEY AGAIN? But we need to sort out CY-RUS logistics. BUT SUMMARY IS: RYS IS THE STRAIGHT MAN IN THIS RELATIONSHIP, I WOULD THINK. WHILE CY GOES AND SNEAKS AROUND RYS GRABS ALL THE ATTENTION FROM THE LADIES IN WHICH KLEPTOMANIA ENSUES BY THE TIME THE BOTH OF THEM ARE GONE, BOTH THE WOMEN'S PURITY (amiallowedtousesexualtermsonthisboard?) AND THEIR MONEYS BE GONE.  And anything else. I can imagine they would have some arguments from time to time. Maybe over the mooching if Cy tries it on him? WELL DUH. THEY ARE SO BFFLS. WHO IS CY AND WHO IS RYS. THERE IS ONLY CY-RYS.
YEAH, BASICALLY. RYS WOOS WITH HIS CUTIE STICKERS AND AH-MAZING PICK UP LINES, AND CY DOES THIS SEXY LEANING OVER THING, WHICH IS HOT AND DISTRACTING IN A GOOD WAY, LIKE NICE BACKGROUND MUSIC.
